Meet The Team

Darian

Practice Manager

Darian studied accounting at Dixie State University and began working in orthodontics in 2001. She transitioned to the oral surgery specialty and joined our team in 2007. As our practice’s manager, she makes sure everything runs smoothly and maintains a happy environment, all while meeting and getting to know our patients. Darian is married with three boys. The family stays active by camping and being outdoors.

Nicole R.

Implant Coordinator

Nicole is our Implant Coordinator, so you’ll often see her assisting in surgery, doing implant consultations, and coordinating appointments with patients and their general dentists. She works hard to make sure our patients have a good experience in our office, and knows she’s been successful when patients leave with healthy, new smiles. Nicole is a mother of two boys. She enjoys keeping active and spends her free time hiking and enjoying the outdoors here in Southern Utah.

Lexi

Patient Coordinator

Lexi recently had the opportunity to become a patient coordinator. Meeting new people and assisting in their surgeries is what she enjoys most about her job, as well as the fun and positive environment fostered by Dr. Davis and our team. Lexi is originally from St. George and currently attends Dixie State College.

Amanda

Insurance/Billing Coordinator

Amanda is the guru behind all of our patients’ billing and insurance claims. With a history in general dentistry and orthodontics, she’s seen it all, and knows all the best ways to ensure our patients receive their maximum benefit. One of Amanda’s favorite parts of her job is the friendly environment we’ve created, where we can combine hard work with a little fun. At home, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids.

Paige

Professional Relations Coordinator

Paige is our Professional Relations Coordinator, and she handles all of our marketing and social media. Not only does Paige enjoy working at the Oral and Facial Surgery Institute, but she also works hard running her own candy making business. She is definitely the Chef of the office, and we all reap the benefits. Paige has four children, whom she spends most of her free time with. She loves math and recently graduated from Dixie State University. When Paige isn’t at work you will find her reading, swimming, hiking or making delicious desserts!

Madi

Lead Assistant

Madi is is our Lead Assistant, Getting to know her patients, and assisting in their surgeries is what she enjoys most about her job. Madi was born and raised in Southern Utah in a small town on a farm where she enjoyed spending time outside with friends and family. When Madi is not working she spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, riding Razors, boating, traveling, and spending time with her family. Madi graduated from Dixie State University with her Associates degree in 2017, and is working on completing her Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration.

Lisa

Financial Coordinator

Lisa is one of our financial coordinators. She is originally from California and has been in Salt Lake City for the last 20 years raising her three boys. She has since settled down in St. George and absolutely loves it here. The warm, friendly community drew her and her husband to Southern Utah. She has over 35 years experience in the medical field and loves working in this “positive vibe” office where everyone truly cares about our patients and each other. Lisa has an abundance of hobbies both indoor and outdoor, but mostly loves to play with her dog or float in her pool.

Bonny

Implant Treatment Coordinator

Bonny’s second-favorite role is as a registered dental hygienist. Her first is split between being a fire wife to her husband, Mike, and a mom to two rambunctious boys. Luckily, her dream job allows ample time to enjoy both callings!
Bonny began as a surgical assistant with Dr. Davis in 2008, went back to school in 2017 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Dixie State with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is thrilled to work again with Dr. Davis in her new role as implant coordinator, helping patients by administering local anesthesia, educating in the prevention of peri-implant disease and coordinating care with their dental homes.
Bonny’s passion is in public health and she is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Utah Dental Hygiene Association, Seattle Study Club and is a Colgate Oral Health Advisor. She enjoys mentoring dental hygiene students and advocating for underserved populations in the state.
In her free time, you will likely find Bonny reading a mystery novel, bingeing one of her favorite sitcoms, running, FaceTiming family members or just enjoying the St. George sunshine.
